SALISBURY, MD – Autobahn Service Center donated $20,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County for their Aging in Place/Roof and Repair Program. This investment will allow HFHWC to serve more low-income homeowners with critical repairs, as well as modifications so they may remain safely in their homes, longer.

“It is truly a blessing when an area business recognizes the need for our aging population to be able to stay in their homes,” said Executive Director Molly Hilligoss. “Autobahn Service Center is helping us ensure that these individuals can do so safely, and for as long as they wish.”

Habitat for Humanity’s Aging in Place helps provide free home safety assessments and modifications for seniors in hopes of preventing injuries in their own homes. To learn more, contact Critical Home Repair Coordinator Karen Cooper at [email protected], or 410-546-1551.
