SALISBURY, MD – M&T Bank recently donated $7500 to Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County for their homebuilding and financial health education programs.
“M&T Bank has been a longstanding supporter of our mission to ensure that everyone has a decent, affordable place to call home. Their willingness to again lend their support is a testament to their dedication to our community and is truly needed right now when construction materials are skyrocketing, and COVID has decimated so many families’ finances,” says HFHWC Executive Director, Molly Hilligoss.
Wicomico Habitat’s Financial Health courses, sponsored by M&T Bank, will begin in the fall of 2021 and will be open for any interested adult. Language assistance will be offered for Haitian Creole speakers. Interested parties may reach out to HFHWC at 410-546-1551 to pre-register.
