Participants are referred to the program through the Wicomico County Detention Center, Parole and Probation, or Adult Drug Treatment Court.

HabiCorps members get paid to work alongside highly trained retail and construction workers. Both opportunities provide a wide range of experiences that can be easily translated into real-life jobs.

Upon completion of the 90-day program, HabiCorps members will have direct access to local companies that specialize in construction and retail, who are eager to interview program graduates.
