If you need help with uploading documents, we (or Salisbury Neighborhood Housing or Shore Up) can help you.
If you applied in the past and received help, please reach out to the agency that assisted as you already have a Case ID that you will need in order to reapply.
Please note: The maximum number of months you may receive for any assistance is 18 months. Once you receive help for a specific period of time, you are not eligible to reapply for additional help that covers that same time frame. For example, if you received rental assistance for December 2021– February 2022 and now you need help with the water bill that just arrived, we cannot help you with that water bill, because it covers a timeframe already used.
Similarly, if you received help for 12 months of utilities and now you need help with your rent, the maximum number of months the program can assist is 6 months following the time frame you already used for utilities.
